Dr. Denis Muchangi Jamleck is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at Kirinyaga University's School of Business and Economics. With a PhD in Management, his work focuses on strategic leadership, organizational psychology, and applying research to create real-world economic change. Dr. Muchangi is a key innovation leader in Kenya's agricultural sector. He is the project chair for a multidisciplinary team on "Micro-Ginning of Cotton in Kenya," a major initiative funded by the Government of France (FID). This project empowers smallholder farmers by decentralizing cotton processing and providing direct access to high-quality seeds, aligning perfectly with Kenya's value-addition and industrialization agenda. His expertise is also sought at a national level, where he has collaborated with Kenya's Ministry of Industrialization and Ministry of Agriculture to help formulate key policies. Beyond academia, Dr. Muchangi is an active consultant in organizational development, research, and policy, as well as a real estate entrepreneur.
