Chairperson, AgriNova Solutions, Agri-Business & Innovation Leader

Dr. Denis Muchangi Jamleck is a Senior Lecturer and researcher at Kirinyaga University's School of Business and Economics. With a PhD in Management, his work focuses on strategic leadership, organizational psychology, and applying research to create real-world economic change. Dr. Muchangi is a key innovation leader in Kenya's agricultural sector. He is the project chair for a multidisciplinary team on "Micro-Ginning of Cotton in Kenya," a major initiative funded by the Government of France (FID). This project empowers smallholder farmers by decentralizing cotton processing and providing direct access to high-quality seeds, aligning perfectly with Kenya's value-addition and industrialization agenda. His expertise is also sought at a national level, where he has collaborated with Kenya's Ministry of Industrialization and Ministry of Agriculture to help formulate key policies. Beyond academia, Dr. Muchangi is an active consultant in organizational development, research, and policy, as well as a real estate entrepreneur.

Dr. David Kabata is a distinguished scholar and lecturer at Kirinyaga University's School of Business and Education, specializing in entrepreneurship, business management, and innovation. His unique academic foundation combines a PhD in Business Management (Entrepreneurship) with degrees in Economics and Information Technology. Dr. Kabata's research focuses on the intersection of digital technology and business growth, particularly how digital finance, mobile payments, and e-commerce affect consumer behavior and the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kenya. A passionate educator, Dr. Kabata is committed to mentoring the next generation of business leaders and fostering a culture of innovation that connects academic research with real-world business solutions.

Dr. Grace Wangari Kiiru is a Senior Lecturer, Researcher, and Trainer in Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship at Kirinyaga University. As a co-registrant of Agronova Solutions Group, she brings a deep specialization in Agribusiness, Youth Capacity Building, and Rural Development directly to our mission. Dr. Kiiru excels at translating complex research into actionable solutions that drive socio-economic impact. She has a proven track record of securing substantial grant funding for community-focused projects, including €194,388 for up-scaling small-scale cotton ginning for rural growers and KShs. 19.8 million for innovation in local textile production. An accomplished academic with 22 published articles, her work and leadership are pivotal in guiding our strategy for enhancing organizational effectiveness and sustainable growth in East Africa.

Dr. Agnes Ndinda Mutiso serves as the Treasurer for AgriNova Solutions Group, bringing over 16 years of expertise in Accounting and Finance. She is a Senior Lecturer and Researcher at Kirinyaga University, holding a Ph.D. in Business Administration (Accounting) and certifications as an ACCA Affiliate and a Certified Financial Education Instructor (CFEI). Dr. Mutiso's work is driven by a deep commitment to sustainable industrialization and community empowerment. Her research focuses on financial inclusion and sustainability accounting, highlighted by her recent grant-funded project to develop small-scale cotton ginning technologies for rural farmers. This hands-on experience in linking university research with real-world agricultural solutions makes her an invaluable leader in guiding AgriNova's financial strategy and its mission to empower agripreneurs.

Dr. Millicent Kimemia is a distinguished scholar and lecturer in the Department of Textile Technology at Kirinyaga University (KyU). Holding a Ph.D. in Fashion Design and Marketing, she specializes in textile innovation, apparel marketing, and sustainable practices in the fashion industry. Dr. Kimemia's expertise is vital to AgriNova's mission of creating sustainable value chains. Her research focuses on youth empowerment through textile recycling and innovations in the Kenyan apparel sector. This work directly supports the group's goal of transforming local agricultural outputs, such as cotton, into high-value, marketable products that drive industrial growth and create employment in Kenya's creative economy.
